Dear Modest Management,
Congratulations, you are making more money. Whoo! Money! Stadium tours are exciting. As much as I hate to admit it, very Beatles-esque. More twelve year olds are going to get their daddy’s (or mommy’s) to buy tickets and merchandise. Money makes people happier, right? It’s suppose to make people happier,or so that’s what I have been told. Now I bet your wondering (if you are even reading this) why I have congratulated you and not One Direction, you know the people actually doing the tour. Well, it is because I feel sorry for them. That’s right, sorry. I am empathize with them. I know what you are thinking, but how can a normal college girl empathize with a boyband? I understand how being constantly on the go and working my ass off can make a person exhausted. Since X-Factor, the boys have yet to get a break longer than a month. I can just imagine how exhausting it has to be to create 2 albums and complete 2 world tours. I understand that this is what they signed up for, but every successful band needs a break. Are you afraid that they are going to lose their fame? Is this a true concern? I am going to tell you that it is not. What will happen if you work them like dogs is, their performances will turn to shit and so will their music which in turn will make them lose fans. Losing fans means losing money. You don’t want to lose money do you? I can tell you a concern that a majority of fans have, which is their health. Being overstressed can cause mental and physical harm. Don’t believe me, check WebMD. If you are worried about losing fans (aka MONEY), don’t.The fans will always be there. We will always buy their albums and see their concerts. We won’t leave. So I beg of thee, give them a break.
Sincerely,
Concerned Fan
